Alena

Alicja
Alicja is a yoga and movement teacher devoted to somatics and embodiment, and to the practice of coming home to the body. Her work invites a return to presence – a gentle softening into sensation, awareness, and lived experience.
Rooted in a deep love for somatics and embodiment, as well as movement, philosophy, music, and the rhythms of nature, she creates spaces for exploration rather than performance. Her guidance honors the body’s innate intelligence and the quiet wisdom that emerges through listening, allowing the body to speak in its own language.
Inspired by natural cycles and inner landscapes, her classes unfold as journeys, where listening becomes movement, and movement becomes a way of remembering oneself.

Anna
Anna discovered yoga as a teenager and has been teaching since 2020. With a background in law, yoga initially became a way for her to step out of constant mental activity and reconnect with the body. Over time, yoga revealed itself to her as more than a physical discipline, extending into everyday life through awareness of the body, breath and inner rhythm.
Her teaching is rooted in Hatha Yoga, with Women’s Yoga as her main focus — a practice that supports cyclical awareness, softness and a more embodied way of being. In her classes, Anna offers a calm, grounded and non-judgmental space where practice is about awareness rather than achievement.

Elise
Since completing her Hatha Yoga teacher training in Kerala, India, Elise has taught in Australia, the UK, Spain, and Germany in a variety of settings – from large yoga studios and community centres to outdoor beach and park classes.
She has also worked on international retreats as a Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher, offering guided meditations based on the chakra system and mindfulness, as well as workshops on healthy lifestyles, vegan cooking, and mindful art.
More recently, Elise continued her education in Melbourne with Margot Porter, specialising in Yoga for Menopause wellbeing. She has also completed specialised training in Yoga for Cancer with Vicki Fox in London.
Elise describes her teaching style as both gentle and powerful, making her classes accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Whether students come for health, wellbeing, or healing, she feels deeply grateful to share her practice with them.

Francesca
Francesca discovered yoga over a decade ago and has since explored a variety of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, and Yin, as well as sound baths and meditation.
Yoga has been a constant and transformative companion, guiding her through different phases of life and inspiring her to explore the world with curiosity, openness, and joy. Drawn by a desire to deepen her practice and understanding, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Frog Lotus Yoga International in Andalusia in 2024, an experience that profoundly nourished both her body and mind.
Today, she offers Vinyasa classes, from dynamic and energising flows to slower, more grounding practices. With clear guidance and care, she creates a welcoming space where practitioners are invited to be present, move mindfully, connect with their breath, and listen to their bodies. Her intention is to support each person in cultivating presence and self-awareness, allowing their practice to unfold as a personal journey.

Leonardo
Today, he loves the physical practice and the sensations that come with mindful movement. Yoga helped him heal chronic lower back pain caused by years of unsustainable sports and office work. Still, he sees asana as just one small part of the vast science of yoga.
Back when he was studying economics, he never imagined that the most meaningful “management” in his life would be the one of his own mind. Now, he brings yoga into his daily life by trying to be a better dad, partner, son, friend, and above all, a better human being. This path is not easy, but it has been the most rewarding journey of his life.
