Christina

Yoga offers a powerful way to connect breath with movement, creating a sense of inner balance and clarity that extends far beyond the mat. For Christina, the philosophy behind the practice deeply resonates, offering tools to cultivate mindfulness, slow down, and meet life with more presence. Flowing sequences that lead into stillness and meditation are especially meaningful to her, as they allow the physical practice to evolve into something more subtle: building mental resilience and inner strength.

Teaching Hatha, Yin, and Pre-/Postnatal Yoga, Christina places her focus not only on alignment and movement but also on embracing the present moment with full acceptance. In this space, connection and compassion naturally unfold – towards ourselves and others. Sharing this path is a daily joy for her, especially when practicing with a small but wise teacher: her young daughter.

Elvyra

Elvyra approaches yoga as a pathway back to presence where movement, energy and sound meet to create space for self-awareness and quiet transformation. Her teaching is rooted in Hatha and Jivamukti principles, yet it flows intuitively, shaped by the needs of the moment and the people in the room. With a holistic and down-to-earth approach, she creates classes that are both grounding and expansive, welcoming all levels and bodies.

As a Reiki practitioner, she brings a deep sensitivity to touch and energetic connection, often offering hands-on assists that support deeper release. Her work with sound, especially crystal singing bowls, adds another layer to the practice, inviting students into deep rest and nervous system regulation.

Julia

Julia discovered yoga in her early twenties, initially practicing Vinyasa, Yin and Kundalini yoga. In 2019, she completed a yoga teacher training at Lord Vishnus Couch and started teaching at studios in Köln.

It was in Berlin in 2022, when she attended her first Ashtanga Mysore class and instantly fell in love with the practice. She initially studied under the guidance of Miriam Iaonne before travelling to Mysore, India for the first time later that year. In 2023, Julia began practicing and then teaching at Free Breathing Ashtanga Yoga with Ian Cheney.

In 2024, Julia returned to Mysore to study with Sharath Jois at the Sharath Yoga Centre (formerly KPJAYI). She has also studied with world renowned teachers including Matthew and Carla Vollmer, Harmony Slater, Petri Raissanen, David Keil, Scott Johnson and Hamish Hendry.

Leonardo

When Leonardo began his first yoga teacher training, his biggest concern was not being flexible enough. But deep down, he knew it was the right choice, after all, the best decisions come from the heart. One article on yoga philosophy was all it took to clear his doubts.

Today, he loves the physical practice and the sensations that come with mindful movement. Yoga helped him heal chronic lower back pain caused by years of unsustainable sports and office work. Still, he sees asana as just one small part of the vast science of yoga.

Back when he was studying economics, he never imagined that the most meaningful “management” in his life would be the one of his own mind. Now, he brings yoga into his daily life by trying to be a better dad, partner, son, friend, and above all, a better human being. This path is not easy, but it has been the most rewarding journey of his life.

Marijana

Marijana’s path has always circled around movement and how it shapes us, first through dance and her love of the arts, then designing spaces and experiences and finally through yoga. She trained in India, but draws just as much inspiration from late-night dance floors and everyday life.

Her classes offer a playful blend of yoga and mobility that gets you in tune with your body, like a gentle dance for the joints. She loves creating an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable to get curious, play, and explore what feels good, with no pressure or perfect poses, inviting you to reconnect and expand within your body.

Rike

Rike first encountered yoga over a decade ago, during a rooftop class in Mexico that left a lasting impression. Since then, yoga has been a steady companion in her life. It’s helped her understand her body, listen to its signals, and meet both effort and rest with greater ease. It’s a practice that continues to teach her patience, presence and how to return to herself, again and again.

Her classes blend dynamic movement with careful alignment, offering space to release tension, reconnect, and feel grounded.
