This website is operated by an external hosting provider.As part of the hosting service, server log files are processed. In particular, the following data may be collected:

3. Newsletter

3.1 Subscription

When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is processed.Registration takes place using a double opt-in procedure. After registering, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Your email address will only be added to the mailing list after this confirmation.The following data is also stored:

  • Time of confirmation
This information is stored as evidence of your consent.

The newsletter is used to send information about classes, workshops, events and news from the yoga studio.

3.4 Newsletter tracking

The newsletters contain tracking technologies that allow openings and clicks to be statistically analysed. This may include recording whether and when an email was opened and which links were clicked.This analysis is used to optimise the newsletter.This processing is also carried out on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

3.5 Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

3.6 Storage period

The data is stored for as long as the newsletter subscription remains active. After you unsubscribe, it will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

4. Use of MailPoet

The newsletter is sent using the WordPress plugin MailPoet, a service provided by Automattic Inc.MailPoet processes the data under a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. An appropriate agreement has been concluded.It cannot be ruled out that data may be transferred to third countries, particularly the United States. Such transfers are made on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

This website uses Google Analytics with IP anonymisation and Consent Mode enabled.Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse the use of this website.
