Alicja
Alicja is a yoga and movement teacher devoted to somatics and embodiment, and to the practice of coming home to the body. Her work invites a return to presence – a gentle softening into sensation, awareness, and lived experience.
Rooted in a deep love for somatics and embodiment, as well as movement, philosophy, music, and the rhythms of nature, she creates spaces for exploration rather than performance. Her guidance honors the body’s innate intelligence and the quiet wisdom that emerges through listening, allowing the body to speak in its own language.
Inspired by natural cycles and inner landscapes, her classes unfold as journeys, where listening becomes movement, and movement becomes a way of remembering oneself.

Anna
Anna discovered yoga as a teenager and has been teaching since 2020. With a background in law, yoga initially became a way for her to step out of constant mental activity and reconnect with the body. Over time, yoga revealed itself to her as more than a physical discipline, extending into everyday life through awareness of the body, breath and inner rhythm.
Her teaching is rooted in Hatha Yoga, with Women’s Yoga as her main focus — a practice that supports cyclical awareness, softness and a more embodied way of being. In her classes, Anna offers a calm, grounded and non-judgmental space where practice is about awareness rather than achievement.

Christina
Yoga offers a powerful way to connect breath with movement, creating a sense of inner balance and clarity that extends far beyond the mat. For Christina, the philosophy behind the practice deeply resonates, offering tools to cultivate mindfulness, slow down, and meet life with more presence. Flowing sequences that lead into stillness and meditation are especially meaningful to her, as they allow the physical practice to evolve into something more subtle: building mental resilience and inner strength.
Teaching Hatha, Yin, and Pre-/Postnatal Yoga, Christina places her focus not only on alignment and movement but also on embracing the present moment with full acceptance. In this space, connection and compassion naturally unfold – towards ourselves and others. Sharing this path is a daily joy for her, especially when practicing with a small but wise teacher: her young daughter.

Julia
Julia discovered yoga in her early twenties, initially practicing Vinyasa, Yin and Kundalini yoga. In 2019, she completed a yoga teacher training at Lord Vishnus Couch and started teaching at studios in Köln.
It was in Berlin in 2022, when she attended her first Ashtanga Mysore class and instantly fell in love with the practice. She initially studied under the guidance of Miriam Iaonne before travelling to Mysore, India for the first time later that year. In 2023, Julia began practicing and then teaching at Free Breathing Ashtanga Yoga with Ian Cheney.
In 2024, Julia returned to Mysore to study with Sharath Jois at the Sharath Yoga Centre (formerly KPJAYI). She has also studied with world renowned teachers including Matthew and Carla Vollmer, Harmony Slater, Petri Raissanen, David Keil, Scott Johnson and Hamish Hendry.

Leeann
Leeann is a certified teacher in classical yoga and yoga therapy, with nearly 10 years of personal practice and over 5 years of teaching experience in Berlin, Greece and Israel.
Her teaching focuses on pain-free, accessible movement, combining therapeutic awareness with deep presence.
She creates a calm, grounding atmosphere where students can meet themselves with patience, curiosity, and care – on and off the mat.

Leonardo
Today, he loves the physical practice and the sensations that come with mindful movement. Yoga helped him heal chronic lower back pain caused by years of unsustainable sports and office work. Still, he sees asana as just one small part of the vast science of yoga.
Back when he was studying economics, he never imagined that the most meaningful “management” in his life would be the one of his own mind. Now, he brings yoga into his daily life by trying to be a better dad, partner, son, friend, and above all, a better human being. This path is not easy, but it has been the most rewarding journey of his life.

Maria
Maria started practicing yoga over ten years ago, and gradually began to embrace what yoga truly means: much more than just physical exercise.
She completed 500 YTTC in Rishikesh, India, with a focus on Ashtanga and Vinyasa, and also became certified as a Sound Healer.
Yoga allows her to be fully herself – to live and feel authentically, and to connect with others in a genuine way. The connection between body and soul guides her toward love and respect.
That’s exactly what she aims to share in her classes: love and respect for ourselves – through conscious awareness and understanding of our bodies. Which helps to create a deep sense of peace and gratitude.

Myrto
Myrto’s yoga journey began six years ago, as a quiet invitation into a sacred and intimate inner landscape – a place where she could simply be. It became an anchor of light, a steady refuge she could return to whenever life’s storms grew heavy. Her innate curiosity about the nature of things eventually guided her to India, the birthplace of yoga, where she studied with diverse teachers and witnessed firsthand the practices, traditions, and timeless wisdom of this ancient path.
